#1: Accountability. It’s been proven that people are much more likely to get to the gym and stick to going to the gym when they have someone to hold them accountable. Our personal trainers are going to make sure that they hold you accountable. They will make sure that you show up and are putting in the effort that you need to in order to reach your goals.
#2: Diet recommendations. Our staff can also help you with any diet help that you may need. Diet is just as important and can even be considered more important than actually working out. What you put in your body is going to have a HUGE effect on how you look and feel. So we will help you adjust your diet where you both look and feel great.
#3: The extra push. Many people have a lot of trouble pushing themselves when they workout by themselves. “That’s good enough”. Does that sound familiar? Our Bear personal training term will not let you get away with “that’s good enough”. We will have a specific plan in place for you to execute. You job is to just come in and get it done!
#4: Safety and efficiency. Way too many people go to the gym and do movements totally incorrect. This can result in 2 things. The first is they don’t get anywhere near the amount out of the workout that they should be, so they are wasting a ton of effort.
